MN038 - Cluster Calibration IC223 2020+/IC177 M 2023+ (Visteon R7F701529 BGA)

The MN038 license allows you the exceptional ability to calibrate IC223 (2020+) and IC177 M (2023+) clusters in Mercedes-Benz vehicles, equipped with Visteon R7F701529 BGA processors. This software license ensures a safer and simpler process, not requiring any work with the EZS (EIS) module - it is neither needed nor affected during the procedure. Synchronisation between the EZS (EIS) module and the Instrument cluster is blocked via an emulator. All operations are carried out directly on the IC223/IC177 M cluster PCB for maximum efficiency and reliability.

The procedure requires working with the IC223/IC177 M module's PCB on the bench, unsoldering a few capacitors and soldering the wires of the CB501 cable onto it. Wiring diagrams are included within the software for guidance. If alternative wiring is required for specific modules, please contact us for additional diagrams and assistance.

To connect and work with the IC223/IC177 M cluster successfully, you will need the ZN085 RH850/V850Programmer and the ZN092 adapter. The EM019 adapter is required to complete the procedure successfully. After the new value is written with the help of the RH850 Programmer and CB501 cable, unsolder the CB501 wires and solder the EM019 as shown in the user manual.
