Application:

Locks for exit doors offering a high degree of security, but with an unrestricted exit in an emergency. Ideally suited for emergency doors in hotels, factories, hospitals, schools, offices etc.

Features:

• 50mm or 70mm Backset.
• Bolt deadlocks automatically when door is closed. Emergency exit ‘break dome’ thumbturn for non key-holders (Sold Separately).
• Striking plate included.
• Latchbolt of steel for fire-rated doors.
• You can complement it with exit device accessories.
• You can combined it with electric strikes.
• You can fit a microswitch to enable an alarm or other signals to be activated by use of either the escape function or key and escape function.

Latchbolt is retracted with key, thumbturn or exit device accessory. The lock back mechanism in the faceplate has the following functions: The latchbolt is locked back with a faceplate key. Lighter spring for use with emergency exit break-dome thumbturn.
